Some frequently asked questions...

When will my "Ocean Love" box be shipped?   

Orders will ship between the 7th-11th every month. First time subscribers that sign up after that date, will receive the next month’s box.


When will I be billed?

Renewals will bill between the 18th-20th of every month.


What if a product is damaged?

If an item in your box arrives damaged, email us immediately at info@lifesawave.com for assistance and the Life's a Wave team will assist you in making sure you are taken care of as part of the Life's A Wave family.


How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can cancel, change your renewal date & make account changes at any time  by logging in to your account.  


Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. International shipping may take 1-4 weeks, depending on the speed of your country's postal service. International customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that their country may charge upon delivery.
